We started KerjaQu because HR in Indonesia still runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and payroll formulas only one person understands.
Why we built it
Most HR tools are built for another country and translated later. They don’t know cuti bersama, TER categories, BPJS wage caps or why a branch manager approves overtime on WhatsApp at 10 pm.
KerjaQu is built in Indonesia, for Indonesian rules, in Bahasa Indonesia and English from day one. Attendance feeds payroll, payroll feeds tax, and every employee has the app in their pocket.
We care about getting the details right: the rounding on a payslip, the wording of an SP letter, the speed of a clock-in on a cheap phone with weak signal.
