KerjaQu provides cloud software for HR, attendance, payroll and related processes. Features available to you depend on your plan and add-ons.

You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. After that, fees are charged monthly per active employee according to your plan, plus PPN. Unpaid invoices may result in the workspace becoming read-only and, after notice, suspended.

Your company owns the data it enters. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

KerjaQu calculates payroll, PPh 21 and BPJS from the data and settings you provide and the regulations we implement. You remain responsible for reviewing results before paying employees and filing with the authorities.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
