Privacy policy

KerjaQu provides HR, attendance and payroll software. For the data your company enters about its employees, your company is the controller and KerjaQu is the processor. For data about visitors to our website and the people who manage accounts, KerjaQu is the controller.

Account data: name, work email, phone number, company name and password (stored as a hash).

Employee data entered by your company: identity, employment, attendance, leave, payroll, tax and BPJS data, documents and, when attendance requires it, location and selfie photos taken at clock-in.

Usage data: device and browser type, IP address, pages used and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.

To provide the service your company has subscribed to, to send transactional emails and notifications, to secure accounts and prevent abuse, to provide support and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use employee data for advertising.

We share data only with service providers that help us run KerjaQu (hosting, storage, email, payments, error monitoring), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

Data is stored in data centers located in Indonesia. We keep it while your company’s subscription is active and delete or anonymise it after the account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example tax records).

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Employees should contact their employer first; we will assist your employer in responding. You may also contact us directly.
